Good quality and grind
I used this lemon zest in a white chocolate and coconut cookie (no bake) that required lemon juice and zest. It worked wonderfully but I may be more conservative in my measurement of the zest next time. Tasted great but the dry measure of zest is to be considered versus fresh. So happy to have found this product. Works well with steak seasoning for beef and pork also.

A terrible aftertaste and does not dissolve
There’s nothing really tasting about this powder and neither will it dissolve in liquid or baked goods. It has a terrible aftertaste.

Lacks Flavor
The Lemon powder provides little flavor so when you add it to a recipe you don’t even know that it’s there.

My new favorite
Love this. I mix it with salt. It brightens the flavor of your food similar to salt with less sodium. I also use it it other cooking and baking applications. Its become my new favorite thing.
