Works as advertised! I was really putting off using a laxative bc I do have bowel movements but they are not regular. Which is frustrating and not normal. However this is how its been for me all of my life. I drink the recommended amount of water a day for my weight and have seen no change. I am guilty of not getting the recommended fiber. I talked to my doctor last month and she said chronic constipation and gave me prescription Linzess to try out. I looked into if my ins would cover and no its 500 dollars. So I talked to my sister who's a pharmacist and she recommended trying Senoket or similar laxative. I did the damn thing (afraid I'd have painful cramping) and took 2 tablets last night with water and this morning had to go and it was a good one lol!
