If your question is in reference to the to wire size these accommodate then the answer is 14-18 AWG size wire. I have used them extensively in this wire size range and they work quit well.

I order size 16 to small order 12 to large. Is there a size that will work? I'm replacing one for my Johnson outboard motor

Firstly, They are not suitable for Johnson outboard motor connector. If need match this terminal, can choose the following connector. The following information is the connectors that this JRready terminal matches.

Size 12 terminal is for AEC, DRB, DTP, HD10, HD20, HD30, DTHD, JIFFY SPLICE Series Connector.

Size 16 terminal is for HD10, HD20, HDF30, DRC, DT, DRB, DTV, AEC, STRIKE, and JIFFY SPLICE Series Connector.

Size 20 terminals can be for DRC, DRB, DTM, HD20, HD30, STRIKE, JIFFY SPLICE and Amphenol A series connectors 20# contact cavities.

What do I need to replace several Molex connector(s) (male & female pins) which are used for suppling power to various components in my PC

Also DT series pins size 16 can be work with HD10, HD20, HDF30, DRC, DT, DRB, DTV, AEC, STRIKE Series, and JIFFY SPLICE.

DTP series pins size 12 can compatible with AEC, DRB, DTP, HD10, HD20, HD30, DTHD Series, JIFFY SPLICE.

DTM series pins size 20 can be used for DEUTSCH series ( DRC Series, DRB Series, DTM Series, HD20 Series, HD30 Series, STRIKE Series, JIFFY SPLICE ) and Amphenol A series connectors 20# contact cavities.
