I picked up a Ventimi electric blanket to get through colder nights, and overall it’s been a really comfortable and convenient addition.The first thing you notice is how soft it is. Most Ventimi-style blankets use flannel or fleece materials, and this one feels cozy even without turning the heat on. Once you do power it up, it heats fairly quickly and distributes warmth evenly across most of the blanket. Electric blankets in general are designed to provide consistent heat through internal wiring, which helps create that “wrapped in warmth” feeling.The adjustable heat settings are a big plus. Being able to dial in the temperature makes it easy to find that perfect level—not too hot, not too cold. Many blankets in this category also include an automatic shut-off timer, which adds peace of mind and helps with energy savings.It’s also pretty easy to maintain. The detachable controller makes it machine washable, which is important since it’s something you’ll be using regularly.That said, there are a couple of downsides. Like most budget electric blankets, the wiring can sometimes be slightly noticeable depending on how you’re laying on it. This is one of my favorite purchases on Amazon thus far! This blanket was used heavily during the winter months. I purchased two, one for me, and one for my kids to share while we sat on the couch. It was soft, there was no shedding, and the heat felt amazing on our skin! We were even able to turn down our thermostat in the house because we used these blankets. To give context, in the past, my heat and electric bill would be close to $300 a month in the winter. After purchasing this blankets, my bills rarely passed $130! So not only were these blankets a cute and cozy way to stay warm, they also allowed our family to save so much more money on our Peco bills.

SO SOFT & THICK!!! It warms up fast. It does not shed. I ordered the throw for the sofa but just ordered me one for my bed. I have fibro and a heating blanket helps with my pain. The one thing I don’t like on the throw is the plug was not on the side of the blanket that I needed to plug it into the wall. So I had to use it upside down.

Overall happy with this blanket. I put it on the highest heat and it seems to get pretty warm, I kind of thought it would get a little hotter but after a while the heat feels pretty nice and satisfying. It’s very soft and comfortable. My kiddo enjoys it a lot and insists on keeping this in his room for every night use, so he’d say it’s a thumbs up.

This is the second of these blankets that I buy. I keep the blue and white one in the bedroom and this grey and white one in the living room. I bet pain in my legs and these blankets are my hero.Very soft, and durable (I washed the blue one in gentle cycle and laid it flat to dry and it was dry in less than 12 hours)It’s not super heavy but thick enough to keep you warm.I’ve had the first one for over a year now and it’s durable and still working well.The control on the cord is very easy to use and it will eventually turn off for safety in case you fell asleep and you just very easily turn it back on. You don’t have to be unplugging it and replugging it to get it to work again.

I got this for my office, it is the perfect size, and I love the 5 settings so I can control the amount of heat I need. I work in an old building at a university, so the heating is not very good. My office is located at the front of the building on the top floor and has floor-to-ceiling windows. Really nice in the Summer since I face the lake, not so great in the winter. Definitely recommend. I purchased this for my office, and it is the perfect size. I really appreciate the five heat settings, as they allow me to control the temperature according to my needs. I work in an old university building where the heating system is not very effective. My office is on the top floor at the front of the building, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. This is wonderful in the summer, as I have a view of the lake, but it’s not ideal in the winter. I definitely recommend this product.

Nice and soft and the perfect size for my petite wife. Heats up quickly and the hottest setting is very warm.At a fraction of the cost of our older heated blanket that only ever got luke warm no matter the setting, and died after a year, this was a great bargain without sacrificing quality.

We just bought this blanket and overall we’re very happy with it. One thing I’ve seen people complain about is that it doesn’t feel very hot. That’s mostly because it’s thin and loses heat quickly to the surrounding air.If you use it by itself, a lot of the heat escapes. The fix is simple: put another blanket or comforter over top. Once you add that insulation layer, the heat is retained and the difference is huge. It warms up faster and feels significantly hotter even on lower settings.This isn’t really a flaw, it’s just how heat transfer works. Thin blanket equals faster heat loss. Add insulation and it performs much better.If you plan to layer it, this blanket works great.

This electric blanket is incredibly cozy and works exactly as it should. It heats up quickly and provides just the right amount of warmth.
