I bought this because I'm 55 and wanted a weight bench that had all the different options this one does to do light to moderate workouts. I also like that it folds up and out of the way when I'm not using it. This bench is exactly what I was looking for. The instructions were good and it was easy to put together and it took me about two hours by myself. I like the versatility of it and it seems well made. I've used for several months and it's held up really well and seems like it will last a long time. I also like the customer service. When I assembled it, the seat had a small rip in it and I sent an email to them on a Saturday. I didn't expect to hear back from them until Monday but they responded in a few hours and asked me to send a picture of the seat. I did and they responded the next day and said they would ship a new seat on Monday. They shipped the seat on Monday just like they said they would and it arrived in four days. So, I like everything about this bench and the customer service was good, too.

i’m writing this review as a internationally, certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. If you’re serious about resistance training, this is not the item you want. I initially bought it because it had features for leg extension, leg curl, and fly implements. None of these work as expected. They are too small to hold normal sized Olympic plates, which means that you have to buy separate, specialty weights just to be able to use them. The squat rack is too short for an average-sized human being. The bench can’t be used in an incline position, because the rack sits far behind the head. So not only can an adult not use this item, it’s also dangerous.

The set fits its purpose. Sturdy and easy to assembly. In my specific case there was a problem with the screw in one of the pieces and I contacted support and they sent me the replacement parts second day at no charge. Excellent customer support.

Great bench but you labeled every part wrong and it's locations are all screwed up. You engineer a quality product and put stickers on foam that gripped so much it ripped the foam on the pads. I hate incompetence and laziness. Feel free to call me so I can show you specifics as to what I mean. 3 stars for pushing for sales before your ready. Redo your instructions.

It supports up to 660 lbs, which is far more than we need, but it speaks to the durability and quality. We liked that it includes a bench, a bar rack, a leg developer, and a curl rack—all in one unit. It's also adjustable, which is great since both our son and we use it. With five levels of adjustment, it offers good flexibility for different exercises and body sizes. The imitation leather padding is comfortable and easy to wipe down after each use, which is great for keeping things sanitary. One downside: it did not come with a bench press bar as shown in some of the photos, and it also doesn’t include weights—but that was clearly mentioned in the product details, so we weren’t caught off guard. Overall, we’re very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile and sturdy home weight bench.
