The reasons possible wheels are stuck, pls check them according to below steps. 1.Pls check the stop rings of all wheels, making sure all the safety locks are in the downward position. 2. Please check if the hoof is caught in the wheel. If the hoof is caught in the wheel, take it out. 3. Check if foreign objects such as hair, pet hair, etc. is in the wheel and between the fork.
