Will all Air wick refills fit these new warmers

I have two different warmers and the new ones fit in both of mine.

I bought a 6 pack of these and a few do not have holes on top . Are these defective ?

I have some that seems like the holes were not "punched" out. The one's like this don't put out a scent either.

Will these work in my car? I have 110v in my truck.

Yes but it's very powerful... If it's in a bedroom with the doors closed and turned on low it fills the room, they do have for the car
