Pricey, but very cool
I use this to clean my car and motorcycle. When I first saw it demonstrated, I thought it was a cool idea, but then I saw the price and backed away. I went ahead and pulled the trigger and bought one and I am glad I did. I use it all the time. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time and it is just a great sprayer.

Excellent electric sprayer
I have been looking for something like this for a while to do my waterless or rinseless car wash. One charge last for many hours and works very well in any setting it has some nice pressure. I also purchased their foam sprayer.

Great battery powered sprayer
Ok, so after observing many detailers review on this battery operated sprayers, I just had to try it out. Over the years, my fingers began to lock up during a detail using the standard manual sprayers. A lot of that issue was because of dehydration. Anyways, this sprayer works! My main use for the sprayer is a pre rinse of rinseless wash. One problem that I found was the small filter will gum up quick, if you leave product in the sprayer for days. Solo does not sell replacement parts for this sprayer. After unclogging the filter, it works great! So going forward, I will either use all the product in the bottle or I will unscrew the sprayer and remove it from the bottle. Recommendation is to run clean water through the sprayer after each use. Haven’t had any issues with the battery life. I’d recommend this to anyone that’s looking for an alternative to any manual spray bottles.

Product should be recalled
I bought two of these direct from Amazon, one was functional and the other would not power on. I see from other reviews that receiving DOA units is common. I find it incredible that a company like Solo would allow consumers to deal with known, completely unacceptable, out of the box failures. I once had a positive opinion of the company but now I know better. The functioning sprayer is nothing special, it sprays about the same as other battery powered sprayers in terms of volume and the ability to adjust the spray pattern. However, some idiotic design decisions were put into this sprayer, as follows. The USB cable that is used for charging is completely custom, it has a USB interface on one end and a round plug on the other to connect to the sprayer instead of a standard micro-usb plug, so if you lose or misplace the cable you can't charge it with cables you probably already have plenty of lying around. On top of that, the sprayer does not have any indicators (no LED lights whatsoever) to let you know of the charge level, whether or not the sprayer is charging, or when the charging is complete. I don't think you can buy a competitor sprayer that lacks that indicator at any price, and the Solo is priced at a premium. So, for me this product is a complete disappointment.

Great sprayer
I bought a cheaper powered sprayer and it didn’t last. Not only that it needed batteries. This one is usb charged and the power lasts for as long as needed. 2 dings: it feels slightly wobbly and mine vapor locks. I plan to refer to the manual. I think I’ll have to dismantle the sprayer to unclog the air inlet. If you do a lot of cleaning this sprayer will give your hands a break

Solo customer service is horrible!
Let me start by saying that the sprayer works very well. But this series had an issue with the neck of the sprayer cracking. They have since redesigned the entire sprayer because of this issue. I have called customer service multiple times. You can never get a live person to answer! They tell you to leave a message and they will call you back. Not once have they called me back after leaving a dozen messages! I then tried leaving multiple emails after reading that they would answer all emails within 72 hours. I still got zero responses from Solo! Finally I called them and selected the option to place an order. Lo and behold someone actually answered! I told the woman about my experiences, and she was very nice. She put me in touch with a woman named Brenda who handles warranty issues. She asked me what the problem was and what I wanted to do to resolve it. Finally I thought I was getting somewhere! She told me to send her an email with my order number from Amazon. So I immediately did that. She asked me how many sprayers had damage. I told her just the one so far, and reiterated that I just wanted the item replaced with the newer version. That unfortunately was the last I have heard from her or the company! Also, I’m a bit angry with the extended warranty I purchased through Amazon on all of the sprayers I ordered! They refuse to handle my claim because they say the item is still under warranty! So now all I have is a sprayer that is junk! I was considering purchasing a larger $300.00+ Solo sprayer for doing landscaping work in the spring. But after dealing with Solo’s abysmal customer service. I don’t think I’ll be buying one now! Either Solo or Amazon should make this right!

Only worked once with a decent flow
It looks great and is very good quality, but it only worked once. It's my fault that I didn't wrote to customer service. I did try to charge it several times, but nothing worked.

Stopped Working on First Use
Was really looking forward to quit triggering spray bottles or pumping bottle and just pulling a trigger and going. So I was very disappointed when one of them stopped working and the other on the bose inside will not stay on the plastic piece the hose attaches to. I bought because of the name and wish I'd bought the cheaper ones. If it had been one I could have lived with that, but not two.
