I take MCT for its benefits to keep the body metabolism active with healthy fats, as they are an integral part of the diet. The capsules are a bit big but doable.

To the guys out there, I've been on testosterone injections for over 5 years, I recently started taking this product, I take about 5 to 6 per day. I noticed increase in energy right away, yesterday I went in for my yearly wellness appointment and they check my testosterone levels so they know if my injections are appropriate. Usually at the 2 week mark after a shot my levels are at 90 to 100, which is really low. So yesterday was 2 weeks since a shot and my levels were 698, which is considered high, this stuff works and it works big time. I've also lost about 15 pounds in the 2 months of taking this mct oil. Just because I understand everything I've read about the nature of this substance and the science behind it, conceptually, but the effects of taking it today have been insane. Sometimes I can fall into the habit of "too good to be true" and I did want it to have -some- effect, even if, say, it was a better overall feeling over time or doing better on a report or something. So it would stand to reason that you could feel decent and go, "Ah, you know what? This must be it working." Nope. This is a wholly different experience, at least for me. It was a combination of feeling like you had more reserves to draw from, mixed with just a way more steady, stable energy level. No crashing, no being hype, just...being able to keep on keeping on. I can't remember the last time I got full use of so many hours in a day. But, I got it in the mail today and took one, and took the other of the suggested 3/day before dinner. How does this itsy bitsy thing have so much potency? So I am resolving to study it and experience it in greater detail over time, trying to decide what all combines to create this effect, because right now it's basically 25% magic as far as I'm concerned. Some doctors say I have just years to live, if that, and yet I feel like what I imagine being normal must feel like. Again, not a feeling. I am a freelancer. I got more done, and for longer. And my mind stayed it in. Like an in the moment alertness. It was awesome. Will update as I learn more. For this first day, though, five stars! =)

These work great for me. I'm on my second bottle right now, I take one serving in the morning per the directions. Does not cause me any discomfort at all. I take it along with Sports Research Keto ACV and notice that they work better together.

I take three every day and have for months. I do a keto diet, and am diabetic-these help keep my metabolism in tip top shape.
