Using my Epson printer has been a really smooth experience. The ink filling process was clean and beginner friendly, setup was simple, and the print quality is very good. Fill the ink tanks carefully according to their dedicated colors. 2. Plug in the printer. 3. Turn it on using the power button on the left side. You will see the green light turn on. 4. Press and hold the ink button on the right side for around 3 to 5 seconds until the lights start blinking. • This process is only needed during the first time setup. • It usually takes around 10 to 20 minutes. • Make sure there is no power cut during this time. • Wait until the blinking stops completely. 5. Once the setup is complete, the printer is ready to use. • Load papers in the back tray. • Place your document or photo properly. • Press the Black & White or Color button based on your requirement. 6. For Wi-Fi connection and mobile printing, install the Epson Smart Panel app. The app provides step by step guidance for setup. Printing quality of the product and service after purchase the product is very good

Easily the worst printer I've ever purchased and I have purchased a few over the years. Print quality is soft/ fuzzy and below average at best due to the lack of nozzles. For important/ legal documents it is below par print-wise and not recommended. MacOS support is horrible and apps were pathetic. I was never able to print locally from my Mac the whole time I used it (instead using Android apps to print docs via cloud storage). Occasional print users also beware that the ink heads dry up over time making print quality even worse. Nozzles cleaning did not help the printer quality. The lack of a physical menu (UI) on the product is another minus as you will be tied to apps as a way of navigating (again MacOS users take note). Wifi connection when it loses the IP address is another issue and physically connecting the product via USB to your computer is the only workaround. There are Youtube videos online showing fixes (along with printer head cleaning jugaards), but those never worked for me. Overall a horrible experience in the 2-3 years I've had it. Check various Reddit forums for 'Epson L3252 problems' to see that I am not the only person who hates this product. Please avoid this garbage at all costs.

Good printer

purchased ink tank printer for the first time and feel this is more cost effective compared to ink jet. Quality of prints are good. Wi fi connectivity is very useful as printer need not be kept attached to the laptop Two minor issues I faced : 1.printer does not connect to laptop through wifi at first instance. always need to restart printer 2.power cord conection is loose and disconnects if printer is moved Other wise happy with the purchase

Editing the review. As new engineer assigned & he found faulty print unit & replaced with.. but not expecting this faulty unit with new device.. anyway service was quick & satisfactory.. so moving from 1starr to 3 start.. … printer looks good in first glimpse.. but day 1 issue started. First no print coming on paper after installation. Made complaint online, person came & found nozzle jammed(not a big problem according to him) .. remove & wasted some ink. Did some reference paper, work fine. Within a few days.. again struggling with no print coming on paper.. better to go with good brand with better service provider..
