These are my go-to for Omega 3 oils. They're pleasant tasting, not too big, and I haven't noticed any negative effects on me at all - no stomach issues. My triglycerides and other markers have stayed under control thanks to using this product, which is also very reasonably priced.

Good for skin
This is for skin hair and nails. I have only been taking this for a short time and have already seen results. I will continue this for a while to see what happens. Since I am not a big fish eater I thought this was my best option
