Absolutely excellent for leg pain. Velcro has lasted quite some time with no fraying. Take it out of the freezer about 5 minutes before you want to put it on. Then mold to your leg and attach velcro straps.

So far, I really like Relief Expert's cold pack wrap. I've been using it for a few weeks and it stays cold but doesn't get stiff so molds to my leg. With osteoarthritis in my hip and knee this has been great in easing the chronic pain. I'm 5'3", 156 lbs and it fits from my hip to halfway down my shin with wide sturdy velcro straps that are comfortable and easy to adjust.

I have horrible restless legs, to the point I stay up punching them, massaging them, putting heat and cold on them, all night. Everything is usually temporary for like 5- 10 minutes max. I get a tingling sensation, needle sensation and restless to the point I have to keep moving them. I purchased two of these today ( because it's not my legs but just one) and they really do work!! I am blown away. The restlessness sensation started I ran down to get them out of the freezer, put them on immediately and the sensation went away. It's been over an hour and they are still nice and cold and I have none of the feelings or sensations I just mentioned. The only thing I've ever tired that works. 10000000000% worth it!
