I really like this because it is organic, vegan, and has the BCAA's Branched Chain Amino Acids. BCAA powder by itself tastes so nasty. This tastes just fine. To avoid getting too much protein I use one scoop (half a serving) of this plus one scoop of Spiru Tein unsweetened or Happy Viking, plus a type 2 collagen and a magnesium supplement. I strength train and do other strenuous exercise for pain management and to protect my bones from falls. I'm not a doctor but going by how I feel this regimen helps me a lot. The only thing that bothers me is the huge plastic container. At least it is recyclable I guess.

The flavor is rich and not too sweet, and it mixes well with water or almond milk. It’s easy to digest, and I love that it’s organic, vegan, and free of dairy and gluten. Perfect for post-workout recovery since it has a good amount of protein and amino acids. The texture is smooth compared to other plant-based proteins I’ve tried, and it doesn’t leave a chalky aftertaste. I also appreciate that it has probiotics included, which is a nice bonus for digestion. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that I’ll keep buying. Totally worth the price!

I’m already on my second container of this protein powder, which honestly says a lot because I’m usually very picky with protein shakes. I got the chocolate flavor, and one of my favorite things about it is that it tastes good without being overly sweet or heavy. It has a smooth chocolate flavor that feels enjoyable instead of artificial or overwhelming. I usually blend one scoop with almond milk in the blender, then pour it over ice, and it honestly feels more like a treat or a snack than a “healthy protein shake.” I genuinely look forward to drinking it. Another huge plus for me is how light it feels on my stomach. I have a sensitive stomach, and many whey proteins or dairy-based protein powders make me feel bloated, heavy, or uncomfortable afterward. This one has been completely different. It digests easily, doesn’t upset my stomach, and leaves me feeling good instead of weighed down. If you’re someone with a sensitive stomach or you struggle with regular whey protein, I definitely recommend giving this a try. Great taste, clean feeling, and easy to enjoy every day.

BEWARE OF THE SODIUM! I had been using a similar Garden of Life product "Raw Organic Meal" which I loved for years. But they greatly upped the sodium which put it out of reach for me to be a healthy plant based product. So I switched to this "Sport" powder which at the time had only 90mg of sodium per scoop! It's just as tasty, plus it includes a solid amount of leucine for muscle recovery which "Meal" didn't seem to have — everything I was looking for. But that didn't last long and I was disappointed to see them later raise the sodium in THIS one too. Now it's a whopping 230mg per scoop, and I usually mix 2 scoops. That's a total 460MG OF SODIUM for 30mg of protein. NOT HEALTHY! Both products were perfect before the sodium hikes. I would have happily given them 5 stars, but with the increased sodium I have to drop it to 4 stars. Still a great product overall, but it’s frustrating to see it become less healthy over time. Please consider going back to the original sodium levels!

I’m incredibly grateful for this find. My first meal was a berry and chocolate smoothie, and it was delicious! I actually had to check the ingredients twice because I couldn’t believe something so sweet could fit my goals. I’m excited to experiment with more recipes as I transition to two meal replacements a day.

I don’t know what changed but this product has declined in quality. I purchased this regularly and drank it every day, sometimes twice a day. But in September 2024, I bought a new container and had bad gas for the first time. I thought it was from something else so I continued to use it a few more days until I was sure what it was from. I stopped using it and sure enough, the distended tummy and extreme gas went away after a couple of weeks of allowing my body to heal. Today, December 19, 2024, I used this product again since I had received another container from the subscription. I mixed some and after only one sip, my stomach started burning. I ignored it and drank a few more sips thinking I could get past it. Nope. The taste is bad and I have horrible gas without having even finished a full serving. I haven’t had digestive issues lately but after only drinking one sip and my stomach starts burning, something has seriously gone wrong with this product. Especially considering this hasn’t happened to me all year until now. I won’t purchase again.

First things first; this product has a great taste AND texture! I've tried nearly 50 different vegan protien brands/products an this is by far the best. I use it every morning in my breakfast smoothy with great results. The quality ingredients of this Sport product digest well and don't have the chalky consistency that many other products do. I have mixed it with just water and it's decent. I've introduced several friends to this product and they have had similar feedback regarding digestion & taste The flavor is pretty good, they used to make a strawberry that was a lil odd- but chocolate is my go-to and the vanilla is also good Lastly is effectiveness- I'm vegan except for fish and eggs (Pescatarian) and have stomach issues with dairy. A balanced & diverse blend of protien sources includes: pea, navy beans, lentil, cranberry, and sprouted garbanzo. It's got a comprehensive Amino Acid complex as well! I've found most vegan products have a lot of sugar or sweeteners, this is mostly organic and digests well If your looking for vegan protien with great value (approx $2.²⁵ per serving), that provides a clean & balanced profile of protiens, w/out a bunch of sugar or fillers (gellan/acacia gum or similar) this is a great product I highly recommend!

I bought two containers and unfortunately after few drinks i developed huge bladder pain and i wasn't able to pee normally. Very strange as i tried different plant based proteins and i felt always good about. Feels like my kidney don't like this so who knows what is inside of that product. 0 starts for me. I will go back to weight protein
