VERY effective.
Apart from snorting lines of pre workout in the barracks, this is the fastest way I've gotten caffeine into my bloodstream. It hits quick and still trickles out the stimulant up to an hour later. You can definitely taste a bit of bitterness and even a hint of a numbing sensation. Otherwise it's pretty average for gum in how long the flavor lasts. I'm recommending it based on the effectiveness compared to coffee or energy drinks.

Works great! But it literally tastes like I’m chewing on cinnamon potpourri!! 🥴 After I had been chewing it for a minute, my son asked what the terrible smell was. It’s good for quick caffeine (I used it for a 1200+ mile road trip) but I will never buy it again because of the taste.

Love this. I use it on road trips where I am desperately tired but don't wanna drink an energy drink on am empty stomach and need to pee every hour. It quickly gives me a caffeine kick. The flavor isn't wonderful. It's a bit bitter but the cinnamon helps mask this. I tend to chew til it tastes nasty and then place it under my tongue

It’s extremely difficult to open, and the taste is awful—like rotten mouthwash. Do not buy.
The packaging is very difficult to open, and the flavor is unpleasant, with a chemical-like quality similar to expired mouthwash. I would not recommend this product.

Works well
It wakes me up instantly, great for putting in the car for when you get tired. I use it after lunch when I get tired--I don't like the taste of coffee, and don't like afternoon coffee breath. Yes, it isn't great-tasting gum but it isn't bad and does the trick; I chew it for 10 minutes and then spit it into the garbage. When you want a caffeine hit quickly it does that. I often take two.
