I purchased 3 of these phones. One for myself and the other two as gifts. The third one arrived set in Arabic with associated Arabic bloat ware. One app in particular called " 92," a social networking app is especially pesky and imbedded in the lock screen with Arabic text despite deleting the app, and setting the phone in English. Annoying, but not the end of the world. I'll be searching the internet for instructions to hopefully remove the spam from the lock screen. Otherwise, the phones are great. I've owned a couple others in the past few years with no problems.
