I love this remote, arrived quickly and was extremely easy to set up. The only thing I'd like is to be able to purchase a second usb connecter so I wouldn't have to disconnect my livingroom tv when I go to my bedroom.

This is just what I needed. Long story short: my laptop of 5 years needs a new video card. The 2nd time it needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the cost to repair is significant. I'd rather buy a new one, but I don't have those funds either. We are known to store everything on a computer and never transfer important items such as pictures. Another cost to transfer important photos to a hard drive BEFORE sending in for repair (or they can do it and you risk losing data which I've had happen before with a previous laptop). I was able to plug-in my laptop using a cord so that I can use my tv as the computer screen. The cords are so short that I've sitting on the floor, or risk further laptop damage if someone trips over it. I love that I can attach the computer to my tv, tuck it away off to the side, and use this wireless keyboard to navigate and so that I need to do. No cords, no tripping hazards, and an added bonus, I can access the internet for movies that my daughter requests and play it on the tv. It is smaller than I expected. The keys are about the size of a calculator, but I can keep this on my nightstand or in the living room and access when needed (its paired to one device). I'm sure there are many other uses (such as gaming) but that wasn't it intended purpose.

Great little remote for my htpc - all features work well.
