I've been playing guitar for years and every few months i restring/clean my guitar. I noticed my frets perhaps weren't as shiny as they once were, and so i opted to try this! Being careful not to damage the neck, i put some masking tape over the frets. Using this made my frets super polished and sparkly again, looking brand new. This will now be apart of my cleaning routine forever.

I had a 30 year old guitar that I took out of storage. I used these erasures to clean the frets and they worked as advertised. I had to use blue painters tape to protect the fret board and then I was able to start rubbing the frets with these. They have three different levels of graininess, depending on how dirty your frets are. I was able to get all the gunk off my frets before I restrung it and they are nice and smooth now.
