No. They’re not. They’re creamy and will smudge if you rub your lips on something.

I have olive skin & am looking for an orange base red, the pic above looks good but some advise its pink based? please advise tried & tested ladies

Dear Suzie, This may sound odd, but THANK YOU so much for your question, which caused me to find a treasure I thought I'd lost!!! So I had to help you out. I fished my used-only-once tube of Revlon "Love That Red" out of my clown make-up bag and tested it on my wrist. It does indeed have a pinkish tinge to it. When I bought it I was looking for "Fire and Ice", which does have a more orange base. It looks like they are selling it again, so hooray for that. This shade is amazing. Quality of lipstick is great and surprisingly last long on me. Beautiful finish. You can dab it lightly(which I do) or apply it fully. The color is so pretty but it pulls a little bronze/mauve on me. Not really berry. I think it depends on your lips color and skin tone. 10/10
