I use black seed oil daily. Others brand was very strong and kinda burn throat. This brand is smooth and works great. Love it in coffee.

Can't tell if it's working
I purchased this product because I have diabetes and want to keep my vision in good standing. The use of this medication is preventative if anything. Can't really tell if it's working as my vision has not improved or changed. It's Pure Encapsulations so I believe it's a quality product for use as intended.

The ONLY Zinc Free Areds Formula
As far as I know, this is the only Areds 2 formula without zinc. According to eye doctor, some people do better without zinc in the formulation. There is a DNA test one can take to determine this. I am in the very early stages of Macular Degeneration. After my test, my doctor highly recommended this formula.
