Need info on how to charge handwarmer H-1712

I just used my cell phone charging cable: I put the usb side into my laptop and usbc side into the charger. Depending on how low the battery is, it can take up to 4 hours to recharge. The lights will flash blue while recharging. Once it's a steady blue (i.e. not flashing), it's finished recharging.

Will it make my body warm as well?

Well it will warm whatever area is touching it. It’s kind of like holding a warm cup of coffee. You’re kind of warm all over while you’re holding it.
