My husband is a smoker if the mary Jane. This jar does its job. It holds his joints. Blocks the smells. Easy and small to carry where ever he goes. He has been using the green one since we received it.

Great stash container, quality made and seals well. Once you use up your spare o-ring that is supplied, you could always go to Lowe's or home Depot or any other hardware store that should carry the o-rings in hardware section. This small er one will hold a quality built 3.5g with nugs snugly. Get yourself one now before they're gone. They are also handy for other contents like coffee, tea and cream etc. Great for camping or traveling.

They are definitely smell proof.

I love these. They are very sturdy, compact, and keep smells out. I tried a similar product from a competitor and I had to make my way back to these. The only reason I am taking off a star is because I received the wrong color combination (ordered red and black, but received silver x2) and I just didn't want to go through the hassle of doing the return and replacement.

I’ve had this for years and it has yet to fail me! I use it for gardening (😉) and when i put my plants in there or plants that were just “put out”, you can’t smell A THING! It is on the smaller side, which was always perfect for me, but it seals excellently and fits just about anywhere!

(Well, it's 02/2026: Still great containers! I enjoy being able to grind an oz and know that these and a boveda will keep my herbs fresh and tasty right through to the last bowl.) These are excellent for storing herbs. It holds 1.4 fluid ounces. Long use has shown me that they'll hold a ground eighth and a boveda pack. It ships with a cute plastic doodad that might be handy for something and two cheap o-rings of unknown characteristics. DO YOU THINK YOU'RE SMELLING WHAT'S INSIDE? 1. Verify that you haven't squashed and deformed the cheap o-ring. It's easy to do. These o-rings are the cheapest they could find. If you did, that's why it smells. 2. Verify that you have not allowed any herbal particulate dust into the threads. If so, clean them. That's why it smells. 3. If 1 & 2 weren't the issue, then your handling procedures need work because you're transferring oils and particulates to the outside of the container. That's why it smells. The construction of the cap and container allows particulates to collect on the threads because the top of the container doesn't seat against the inside bottom of the lid. If you can find a wide, flat hard plastic washer that fits snuggly to the inside of tje cap, that might solve #2. While these are aluminum, don't think you can mistreat them as you might see in a mag lite flashlight ad. They're very sturdy and will last years longer than the plastic vacuum containers advertised as vitamin containers on Amazon. I am very pleased with these aluminum vials. They're sturdy work well. Just replace the cheap o-ring. Update: 19 Aug 2023 - still awesome :-)

See title. Not capable of storing 2oz of dro. Not worth price.

The blue jar, o-rings & scrapers are fantastic. The size is as advertised, they've a solid feel without being overly heavy. The blue is slightly darker than it appears in photos, but I love it. My issue... the silver jar is scratched & scraped all to h3ll! The bottom of its individual packaging is all bent as if someone had opened the wrong end of the box & shoved it back together. I just got these today, and unsure whether to return & reorder and wait again, or not.

It rediculous I thought it was a storage Canister it is not value for money at all I want a refund
