A game changer for anyone serious about weight loss and meal prep
Picked this up to get more precise with my nutrition and meal prep routine and it has completely changed how I approach food tracking. No more guessing portions.Accuracy: Readings are consistent every single time. Whether I am weighing proteins, grains, or produce the numbers are reliable and repeat accurately. When you are tracking calories and macros that consistency is everything. Guessing is what gets you off track and this eliminates that entirely.Display: Clean, large, and easy to read at a glance. No squinting, no awkward angles needed. The display is bright enough to read clearly even in different lighting conditions around the kitchen.App Connectivity: This is what separates it from a basic scale. Being able to log directly through the app and track nutritional data in real time makes meal prep significantly more efficient. It streamlines the whole process in a way that actually keeps you accountable.Size and Build: Compact enough to live on the counter permanently without taking up too much space. The 304 stainless steel surface looks sharp, wipes clean easily, and feels genuinely durable. Nothing about it feels cheap.Value: At this price point with this level of functionality this is one of the smarter purchases I have made for my health routine. It pays for itself quickly when you are serious about hitting your goals. If you are committed to weight loss or clean meal prep this scale removes the guesswork completely. That alone makes it worth every dollar.

A kitchen must have
Very sensitive! Great for banking and weighing out your food. Easy to use. Easy to read. Small and thin for optional drawer storage. Great value!!

Easy to use everyday
I love this addition to my kitchen since I am trying to eat in a calorie deficit it has helped me so much. It is a little bit small but I can work with that and it is very easy to install the app and start tracking the food and have so many options of food in the app as well. And about the quality of the machine is quite good and speed is amazing as well

NUTRITION SCALE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!
Like many people I'm overweight and have tried many "diets" to slim down. I'm now convinced calorie counting/portion control is the key to weight loss. This will be the 4th nutrition scale I've purchased and tried. The first one didn't work out of the box and was returned. The next one from Smart Chef actually worked well for 6 months then just quit. The scale still weighed food I just couldn't look up or transfer data. The weakness of any of these scales is the app that is used with them. I've got lots of experience with "smart" apps with Alexa connected to and operating everything possible in my home. What I've found is the more smart products a company powers the better their software team is at finding problems and restoring function after an issue with "the cloud". To get the necessary caloric values this app has to go through the cloud to a database for the info. The scale I purchased before this was a nice, accurate scale that had a network problem every time I opened the app. The sellers were nice folk that tried to be helpful but knew nothing about software and when communicating about the problem wasted my time asking stupid questions like I was an idiot.I have been using this for a week and although I had trouble at first logging data I fooled around with it until i learned how to use it. I should have taken a star off for lack of clear instructions but am so pleased it actually works as advertised. I did reach out for help at first and got an email contact form that said they'd get back to me in a few days. So not 5 star support, but they did open a case and asked for more info so there is some support if necessary. A through YouTube video would be very helpful. One of the most critical features is the ability to link with a fitness app to keep track of your progress. The two major players here are Apple Health and Fitbit. I bought and wore a Fitbit last fall just for the purpose of tracking everything, but was disappointed at how very little was automatically tallied and that I had to constantly sync to keep it up to date.I have been wearing a Samsung Galaxy watch for a few years and really like the Samsung Health app better than Fitbit or Google Fit. Unfortunately they are not a big enough player for many of these fitness trackers to link to.Enter the Health Sync app. For free or a tiny fee if you don't want any ads, the Health Sync app seamlesslymoves data from Fitbit to Samsung Health, so all my fitness metrics are in one place. One of the things I like about the Etekcity scale and VeSync app is the flexibility to remove all the clutter for the home screen. The app is really trying to help folks with weight loss by suggesting different diets like keto or Mediterranean but all that can be turned off and removed.Another nice feature is so far everything I've looked up stays visible below the "look up food" window speeding up the discovery process.Another thing I like is I put a plate on the scale then zero it out with the tare button, let's say weigh a slice of protein bread, but then once that's recorded can zero out the scale again, put some sugar free raspberry jam on the toast and weigh get the additional calories logged. First weigh the salad, then with the dressing etc.The database is pretty extensive so far I've found something close to everything I've looked up.On the Keto diet spent years treating a potato or tortilla chip like poison. I just read a study that said regardless of diet choices calories are the key. This tool should help me eat what I want but in small enough portions to lose a pound a week until I reach my target.

Good Bluetooth kitchen scale
I've been using this product for about a week to this point it's been working pretty well. I almost always weigh in grams and it appears to be accurate in its weight assessments.I typically place a good size salad bowl on it and layer in different food components, using the tare function to isolate and identify the weight of each food element. The bowl can obscure the digital read-out but that's ok because I use the Bluetooth VeSync app to control and read the scale via my phone. This results in a nice list of the food components and their weights for that meal wirelessly entered to the VeSync app.The only downside is that I later have to manually transfer this info to the separate LoseIt! app to which I subscribe. It would be great if the scale could interface directly to the LoseIt! app, which I feel has a better food database and gives me more ability to customize food entries than the VeSync app, but unfortunately LoseIt! does not yet interface to any digital kitchen scales. However, this method is still better than me having to manually record every food item weight as I'm making a meal (or to try to accurately remember all the weights later, which can be challenging). All in all, I can currently recommend this product, which seems to be the best of the Bluetooth kitchen scales I found available. Hopefully it's functionality and accuracy will remain good over time.

Great kitchen scale!
Love this kitchen scale! Super easy to use.
User
Love it
Works great and very slim
User
Decent, but short of spectacular.
Decent for measurements, I would say probably accurate within 2-3 grams. Battery life is long. Would say cooking by weight has overall improved my cooking, specifically how consistent my results are when baking.
