I just got mine today and the tasted fine. Didn’t taste like grape to me, but it was fruity. I didn’t notice the aftertaste until a few minutes later. Others I see compared it to blood, which, I guess maybe…. But it reminded me of when I was little and would chew those flintstone vitamins. To me that’s what it tastes like and I don’t have a problem with it at all. I’m only 5 weeks pregnant but I know my last 2 pregnancies I was low iron so figured I’d start ahead. If my labwork comes back that ny iron levels are good, then I know these made a big difference. I will try to remember to update this later with my results.

These taste awful. They have a very strong blood/iron taste. They're even worse than iron pills because the gummy sticks in your teeth and the blood/iron taste lingers. I DO NOT recommend these over iron pills at all. This was a waste of money and I should have listened to the other reviews about the bad bloody taste.

Super easy to take iron supplements! They don't make me sick when I take them! Flavor is better than I was expecting. Sweet flavor, and nice texture. Purchased for a 2nd time since my iron is very low this pregnancy.

Tastes like grape at first, then it tastes like iron. Makes sense because it's iron. Can be off-putting as it reminds me of tasting blood in my mouth, but its still better than taking pills with gulps of water. After awhile I feel queasy. Then again, this pregnancy, everything makes me queasy. So, it's hard to say if it's the supplement or me..or both. Altogether, I need the iron. The taste isn't awesome but manageable. Better than pills and it doesn't stain my teeth or taste as bad as liquid forms of iron. So I reccomend this product.

I had to start taking prenatal iron in my third trimester and initially this product was fine, I could tolerate the taste and was gentle on my stomach. After a few weeks, I started gagging on them, the metallic taste started to build. I think it’s going to be more personal whether or not this works for you. I had to switch to a tablet. Update: I am editing this review to add that pink stork reached out to me after seeing my review, and offered me a full refund. Great customer service from this company! I have tried other products from this company and have enjoyed them.
