Great taste, easy to digest. Not sure of the effectiveness and there are no side effects.

The only negative thing I have to say is: one of the bottles melted all together into one big gummy. I blame myself though because I left the package in the mail for a few days and I live in key west, FL. It's HOT. Other than that, I really like them. They taste great and my roommate and I feel noticeably better after taking them for a week or so. Highly recommend!
