Took it in the morning, destroyed the entire day
Was running out of muscle tech pre workout and decided to try a new product that combines caffeine and a decent amount of creatine.read some reviews and decided to give it a try.The product taste nice, had 1 scoop in the morning 15 min before my workout, and my head started spinning in 30 min. Barely finished my workout and had this foggy feeling in my head the entire day.Taking this product to the nearest garbage.
