This product was recommended to me by a dermatologist after a bad breakout, and it has changed my life since. When first taking it, I would recommend taking the max (4 a day) until you start to notice a difference, afterwards you can slow down if needed. The only drawback I see is that you have to be consistent. Whenever I stop taking them, my skin notices, however, not in a major way. Little blemishes here and there, but nothing unmanageable. I have been taking this product for about a year now and my skin has pretty much cleared up! I used to struggle with horrible acne on my cheeks and nothing helped, until I started taking this! I maybe get one pimple every once in a while. I am so happy!

Terrible product. Overpriced. I took these for a week and it made my pimples even worse. I better take Zinc or Multivatimins. I bought it because of the great reviews, but it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t even take it if I got it for free!
