These are for Nanuk cases, not Pelican.

cant the pins be removed to bypass the lock ?

It would be very difficult, if not impossible. The pins are very tight, and it would be hard to navigate without the latches open. I’d be more worried about someone using a leaked TSA key to just bypass the lock.

Does it work on a 909 glock case?

Hello, No it does not the size of the case is too small and has a smaller latch model which we do not have a tsa version of that size. But you could get the TSA locks which can be used in the case eyelids.
