I've only had it for a week but it's been great so far! Installation was easy (with the right tools). Switching the stream modes is better than I thought, turning the tap head is intuitive and satisfying as it snaps to the position. But what I love the most is the flexibility (of both the hose and the head) and sleek design. True bargain for the price. I saw in other reviews some are faulty, mine has been great so far. I guess you're not supposed to twist the house too much. EDIT: I had to knock down one star after a few weeks of use as I noticed it's very difficult to mix cold and hot water. It's either full cold or full hot unless you put the lever exactly in the middle. That's a little bit disappointing but I can live with that.

Top markers for this Tap, 🤩 there is nothing to dislike ! We love it! Its practicality and flexibility is genius 🤩 It’s a strong tap. My husband fitted it with ease. We noticed an increase with the water pressure from our hot water which had low pressure, not sure whether it’s the tap, or that we replaced apart before fitting. Either way the pressure we now have is far greater than before. No leaks, it’s easy to clean, x2 spray settings which both are ideal. The functionality the tap offers is genius for our busy house hold. I would buy this again and again without hesitation.

Initially loved this tap, great flexibility etc. However 6 months on and tap is now leaking badly from where the flexible section meets the solid base. Really disappointed as nice looking and great functionality. Going to have to buy new tap again.

Urgh.. less than 12 months and water is leaking around the collar of the flexible hose and base, I previously owned a Bristan of the exact same design which lasted 6yrs but discontinued now, I thought if I can even get 3yrs out of this.. it would be great. My main gripe is the effort to install due to limited spacing under my kitchen basin, now having to look for a replacement so soon, I’m already dreading the installation process. Wouldn’t recommend this tap tbh, looks super nice though, especially the gun metal finish.

These taps are so useful. Being able to flexibly move the tap into the centre of a sink is great. The flexible hose stays put and hold firmly. The come with 400mm long monobloc (M10) pipes with a standard 1/2" connector For installation, the hot and cold are indicated in the wrong place for right hand use. If you install these with the lever on the right, then you will need to swap the hot and cold connections so that when you push the tap away from you, the water is hot. Otherwise it doesn't meet safety standards.

Excelente grifo que puedo mover como quiera para llenar ollas, cubos en el fregadero. El tubo flexible es un gran acierto. Los latiguillos tuve que comprarlos aparte porque tenían los del sistema inglés.
