I am always on the lookout for beauty care products that gentle, yet effective. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and a lot of products try out my complexion, or cause irritation that takes weeks to get rid of. The Pacifica Vegan Cream Creamy Gel Cleanser is a nice addition to my routine. Since it's a gel formulation, the cleanser doesn't foam or lather too much, but smooths on and is nevertheless tenacious at getting at the makeup and dirt on my face. It was easy to use, and didn't have any discernible scent, which I appreciate because that's what tends to irritate my skin. Pacifica products are make with wholesome, ethical, natural ingredients, and this cleanser is no different. After easily washing it away with some warm water, my skin felt softer, more moisturized, and healthy. I even looked glowier! It's packaged in a glass bottle, so just be careful not to drop it. I personally think the glass bottle makes it feel like a higher quality, luxury product, and the glass is recyclable, so bonus! You don't need a lot to wash your face, so I expect this size bottle will last a good amount of time. Very pleased with this purchase and I may investigate other Pacifica products as their skincare seems to be so gentle. Highly recommended!

Dispenser part of bottle came broken and missing. I couldn’t even locate it inside the box which means it was packaged up already damaged. Very disappointed.

I was new to Pacifica but figured that it would be nice to try a new cleanser. Personally, not really worried about if a product is vegan or not... but... never hurts to have nice ingredients and if you don't need to involve animals, all the better. All that aside... it's just a great facial cleaner. Doesn't dry out your skin and does a great job of getting it clean in the process. Very gentle! It does lather up a bit but not a ton... but don't let the fool you into thinking it's not working. As a side benefit, it's got a great mild scent to it that is quite enjoyable. Careful getting it out of the bot btw... I'm so used to plastic bottles I was unprepared for the weight of a glass one!

Glass bottle. Super nice pump bottle, but I find that the pump should stick out more cause the pump just kinda spits out the product but it kinda just drips from the tip. So it's best if you pick up the bottle and tilt it toward your hand instead. I find that this product cleans really well and it has a light soapy scent that is pleasant. It almost has a scent of fresh hand soap. The only thing about this product is that it cleans so well that it is drying. So would recommend a serum and moisturizer afterwards. Otherwise everything about this product is great since it gets pretty good suds, not big, but it does foam a bit. It foams more than gel face washes.
