I first experienced these pillows at a motel. After researching them I purchased them and have extremely enjoyed them. Shipping was almost immediate and the package arrived within a few days. This is an excellent product and I hope other people will experience the restful sleep that I have. I give it five stars.

I am a side sleeper and thus, need a lot of pillow support. These pillows are absolutely NOT FIRM. NOT FIRM AT ALL. They sink in incredibly fast when you lay your head down - which I guess, works for people who sleep on their backs and their stomachs. I should've known better than to order a pillow that is advertised for both side AND back sleepers. These pillows were compressed when shipped and now I cannot get them back into the box to process a return. Waste of money, DO NOT BUY.

LOVE THESE PILLOWS!! I got these and fell in love with them. So big and fluffy, but such a heavy firm pillow. They feel so good to hug as well. :) I bought a pair for my boyfriend​ too and he really liked them.

I'm giving these pillows five stars for product quality, and because I promised the vendor I would (see below), though I don't actually like them. They're a bit like balloons, very thick and not what I'm used to. I'm accustomed to sleeping on the more-or-less flat polyester fiberfill kind of pillow, and with that type I like a firm pillow. These are something called "down alternative", which is probably great for people who like down pillows. I contacted the vendor which told me, "Well, we did describe these as firm." But they agreed to send me a couple of the soft version, if I would give them good reviews, so I agreed to that. They said I could keep the original pillows (though I suspect the law won't allow pillows to be resold). The soft pillows suit me better, but they're still very full, and rather warm on hot nights--my head sinks into them.At any rate, the construction of these pillows seems to be excellent, so I don't feel dishonest in giving them five stars. My criticisms of them are really a matter of personal preference, not product quality. I will note that at first they had rather a yeasty smell, which I didn't find unpleasant, but some people might not like. In any event it dissipated over the first few weeks.The lesson for me is, try before you buy, and know what you like.

Plush but overstuffed enough for extra thickness - best pillow for a side sleeper. It is firm in that it is has enough fill for good support, but not at all stiff.

I seriously love these pillows. They’re a wonderful replacement to what I’m used to. I’ve always loved the pillows that always seemed just right to me at the hotels, and now I’ve finally found them! Perfect.
