Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition (Nintendo Switch)

What a great collection of games. Yes there are few glitches, does it impact the game - No. If your looking for the best gorgeous graphics this game is not for you. If your looking for great game play, story lines and creativity this game is a must. Not easy, not hard, but skill is required to advanced in levels. Definitely worth every penny for the three games

I bought this as a gift but I have played these a few times. I can say that San Andrea's is the best in the collection due to the better mechanics and also the duck roll you can utilise while aiming which helps alot in combat. I am really disapointed that rockstar didn't remake these games instead of remastering because remakes would of been much better as they could of improved Vice city and Gta 3 alot for example a remake like Mgs3 delta or the resident evils which stayed true to the original games but also sorted out the limitations that some of these games suffered. Gta3 and vice city would of benefitted with updated mechanics in line with San Andrea's at least. Gta 3 is probably the worse followed by vice because both suffer from limitations of the older engine. I'm surprised that they didn't update them in line with San Andrea's and add the duck roll and other things that made San Andrea's improved from these two titles. Also Vice City has clothing but it's set outfits wherea's Gta 3 has no clothing options which I can understand with the fact its an older game. But the most annoying thing with Gta3 was probably the fact cars don't last long in prolonged firefights, they seem to blow up very quickly. All the games suffered from some annoying bugs and issues on day of release. Gta San Andrea's had fog a draw distance issues where you could see the whole city in distance whereas in the original the city wasn't at all visable because of the fog blocking views. Also I found the npcs had a plastic look to them and didn't retain details from the originals. The main characters CJ, Caesar and Ryder all looked great a had detail In their character models but minor Npc's didn't look as good. do honestly feel that Gta vice and Gta 3 could of benefited with engine upgrades like San Andrea's to make them better and more fluid because some modern gamers would simply give up on them for this and even some veteran gamers would aswell. Sometimes I've also noticed there is auto aiming issues in the middle of combat and it can sometimes be distracting and annoying as you have to use free aim to get to some enemies, I found free aim to be very Janky and not fluid at all. But if you are a Gta fan then I guess it would be recommended to play them.

This game got a lot of stick for poor graphics, being worse than the original etc. This is really not the case. Such a great pick up and play games.

My wife bought this for our son, he has it on his tablet (i wasnt pleased he had) as he is only 7. I had to send it back, just not appropriate. The card is genuine, not a code, so OK for those old enough to play the game. Refunded no problem.

Excelentes gráficos, es genial tener esos juegos en la Switch para llevarlos a donde quieras. La ventaja de este a diferencia de otros juegos 3 en 1 es que los tres vienen en la tarjeta de juego, no tienes que descargar nada, solo actualizarla al momento de jugar por primera vez y listo, tienes 3 juegos a tu disposición.

A must for any fan of the GTA franchise. Three epic titles all on the one Nintendo Switch cartridge.

I didn’t even realize that I was playing the remastered version until I noticed that the characters had actual faces lol because they sure didn’t have clear faces when I first got this game as a teenager. I noticed some other things too like lighting, nicer cars, etc. Till this day, it’s still the best version of Grand Theft Auto I’ve ever played. I tried 4 and f5, even Vice City, and to me, they just don’t compare. I guess I’m just an old head.
