18650 Battery Charger 8 slot XTAR VC8 PLUS 3A Fast 21700 battery charger for 3.6V Liion and 1.2V AA C Batteries with UK plug in adapter

This charger is simply amazing! As specified this is the XTAR VC8 "Plus" not the regular VC8, this one comes with its own dedicated wall adaptor/charger rather than just a usb-c cable like the vc8 comes with.. The great thing about this model having it's own dedicated wall adaptor/charger is that it will consistently charge all 8 ports at a solid 1A/1000ma which many chargers fail to do, all 8 slots at once! If you decide to only charge a few batteries at a time the charge current will go as high as 3A! So very fast indeed! If I were to compare this charger to another brand/make I'd say it's like an upgraded Youshiko YC4000, very smart intelligent charger and superb output current and furthermore the ability to charge 18650 and 21700 cells aswell as the standard AA, AAA, C and D batteries making it extremely versatile Displays current battery voltage and the charging current, plus it will display the battery type you are charging such as NIMH or Li-ion Great value for money for what you get and I would certainly recommend this model instead of the standard VC8

Writing this review and deducted 1 star as the product has developed faults 10 months after purchase. It does work well from new but the fault started after one of the channels over charged a battery causing the channel to melt and the battery pop...battery was on its first charge after use and was one of the Amazon basics AA range. So I stopped using the channel as the device was still working on all other channels with no issues until around a week ago where the channel next to the slightly melted slot stopped charging after, again, the charger started to over charge a battery. I will order another one as it has been a great device charging 18650, AA and AAA batteries. Maybe I just got one that had slight defects. First fault my mrs found as she could smell burning and unplugged the charger Second fault I noticed while cooking the family meal....Could hear a buzzing noise, checked the charger to find one of the slots was extremely hot and the battery which had only been in 20mins was scalding hot! It is super easy to use with a straight forward design.

Vitesse de charge paramétrable par groupe de 4 1 paramètrage pour les 4 de gauche et 1 pour les 4 de droite. 0,25A 0,5A 1A 2A 3A Au delà des format 21750, il faudra mettre les batteries 1 emplacement sur 2. On peut toujours mettre une batterie plus petite entre 2 grosses. L'afficheur est très utile pour savoir où on en est. Maj 02/2025 Après l'avoir utilisé une dizaine de fois, 2 slots ne fonctionnent plus ! 😑
