We got the medium ( he is a size 36 pants) and he can adjust it to a good, tight fit. It stays in place and dries by the next day if you lay it out flat.

This is the best waist trimmer I’ve ever bought. It is very sturdy and works as a great support for your back as well! I highly recommend.

I purchased the large size of the waist trimmer, have not had it a full week yet, so it is difficult for me to give a accurate review, The product is user friendly, goes on easy & is comfortable to wear all day long so far. Check with me in a month & i should be able to give a better review.

I've had this waist trimmer for a couple of years now, and I can tell you the belt's durability is unmatched compared to other belts you can buy. The belt is effective in ensuring you get a good mid-section sweat and also provides back support. The compressive material/Velcro is still holding up after several washes in the washer.

I bought this for my husbands belly but he uses this to support his back at work when working in a warehouse. After having back surgery, he realized how much support this provided for his back. He says it works great for that. As for the belly, not much change, but 5 stars for the added bonus of back support. Lol

It does a decent job at making you sweet. I just wish it wasn’t so tall. I’m 5’11 dude and when I wear this I have to tuck it below the waist band of my pants or shorts and the top of this band is basically resting right under my pecs. It’s too tall it got annoying to use. And since it’s like a waterproof neoprene material it makes your pants and shorts slip down a bit even if you tighten your belt or the drawstring on your gym shorts. Just so awkward. But it works. Especially if you pair it with some warming stomach cream.

After a few years out of bodybuilding I decided to get back into long story short I got to 22 stone but my core suffered from the bulk of that weight, shirts cling to every curve and I'd always be self conscious. Being a pessimist I was always against anything like this but I was on the look for a back support and saw this was also a sweat belt and with a lot of hard work and healthy diet and accompanied by this my muffin top has shrunk my training is better since I can wear this either during everyday activities or during training or both and keep my back nice and supported (obviously not the primary focus) there is no magic fix to fat but this in my opinion is the perfect accessory to those who are serious about change but also though who have lost weight but still have some way to go and want to help shed a bit of their waistline. I never bought this to help lose weight but to support my back and training and it does both of these things brilliantly, I don't wear this all the time but when I do I can't even tell I'm wearing it which a huge bonus compared to bulky or insanely tight fitting competitors. Just buy this do what I did take a punt on a (now) awesome company and product

Thus waist trimmer has helped my waist come in by 6-7 inches in the course of a month. Along with proper weight loss methods. It hold firm, it feels nice after getting quickly adjusted. And it hold nice. This helps me brace my core and it keeps my core engaged

Excellent product! I've been wearing it everyday since Friday and it's making my stomach muscles work again!. It also improves your posture too.
