I'm a theatre girlie and I always bring these when I have double show days. They're so soothing to keep on for a bit and chill my feet out. They run true to size and they get and stay COLD.

These are nice ice socks for reducing swelling in ankles. My granddaughter and grandson use them after dance class. Good oroduct

I purchased these because I don’t have AC in my house. They are amazing for when I go to bed and helps me sleep comfortably at night. I’m so happy I purchased these socks.

Loved the product. It fit well and worked as expected. After one month of use, the gel packs started leaking. Can no longer use this product. Unable to return as it is one day past the return window.

I was struggling to get the ice in the right areas in my feet and these did the trick. I do find I need to wear socks inside because the sock itself is thin. I moved the heel pad to the top of my foot and used the elastic strap to hold it in place as that area was more painful. Love them for this application! Pads are gel so not too stiff. I am not sure I would walk with them on as I wouldn't want to damage the ice pads.

I kept these cold socks for about a month, hoping that they would work better. I followed the instructions and had them in the freezer for a few hours, but they weren’t cold enough. I would take them off and my feet wouldn’t even feel cool. So then I left them in the freezer and it didn’t seem to make much difference. I ended up returning them.

Meh doesn't really compress & the cold packs warm up too quickly. Also wish the.pockets with the ice packs zipped closed because the packs kept sliding out. These just feel gimmicky.

No more struggling with hard ice packs that don’t curve with your foot and ankle! These are amazing. The material is much nicer than I expected.

I really suffer from hormonal hot feet at bedtime. I also have restless legs so trying to sleep is hard work. These have really helped me. They stay cold for a while and are weighty with helps my restless legs. They are easy to use and comfy material. Really happy with them.
