I wasn't sure what to think of shilajit when I first found out about it. I decided to try the PrimaVie capsules instead of the tar-like jars shilajit is typically sold as. After reading about the taste, this seemed like a good route. I'm sure glad I did. The shilajit here is top quality and standardized so you are always getting the same amount. I noticed a huge impact right away and it has stayed with me ever since. I'm a success and health coach so I'm constantly trying new supplements and mind hacks to upgrade my performance. This is among my top recommendations at the moment. I love when natural remedies work as advertised. Most certainly don't. PrimaVie shilajit gives me an added boost that is subtle and sustained throughout the day. I just feel better when taking it. It's not something that will have you running through walls or jumping over buildings, but it will give you enhanced energy and stamina throughout the day. That's exactly what I bought it for and it has delivered. I haven't noticed any adverse side effects. Some report gastro-intestinal issues, but I haven't had anything like that. There certainly could be a test-boosting component as well. I haven't measured my test levels before and after taking PrimaVie, but I'm getting a boost similar to what test-boosters would do albeit less intense and for a longer duration. If you want to take it for that purpose, couple it with a dedicated test booster, it has synergistic effects for sure and is an ingredient not typically found in those compounds. My current energy stack includes PrimaVie, Teacrine, Dynamine, and theobromine (from raw cacao powder). I steer clear of caffeine as I am very sensitive to it. This combination modulates adenosine receptors in a way that is not a direct agonist like caffeine, meaning you get a more sustained 'high' without the jitteriness and crash of caffeine. Plus, it doesn't affect your heart rate and is not habit forming. I've tested each of these components separately and have found each to harness a unique energy-boosting effect on the body. PrimaVie elevates mood and cognition, Teacrine is the longest-lasting energy booster, Dynamine gives the strongest immediate impact of the bunch for focusing on tasks, and theobromine serves to enhance the others and is my preferred alternative to caffeine. Very good stuff

I started taking shilajit a few days ago, along with some other herbal supplements. I noticed a slight burning sensation while urinating soon after starting this herbal regimen. I knew of the purported properties of Shilajit for dissolving kidney stones, but didn't expect such an immediate (if any) reaction. I have had calcium kidney stones since my 20s (in my 50s, now). However, I rarely ever pass them, but rather they're always lurking in my right kidney. The few instances they've gone on the move, they always get stuck, and I have to be operated upon. There was also the lovely time when they were growing into the wall of my kidney and had to be cut out. Worse surgery EVER. But, I digress. Anyway, I had a super slight trace of blood when I wiped, and I saw some small matter in the toilet (sorry if TMI), so I think I actually passed a few tiny stones/sand. I read some research and shilajit was shown to dissolve calcium kidney stones by 45.99 percent by weight within 72 hours of being suspended in an aqueous solution of shilajit. It's amazing and maddening that this herbal remedy that has been known for centuries has no place in western medicine. I read they are looking into it as possible prevention for Alzheimers. So, some progress is being made. I will continue to take this and hope for more dissolution -- apparently I have a whole Mickey Mouse head formation in there that needs to go. I hope it will continue to be only a mildly uncomfortable process.

So I haven’t had the pure resin or the capsules fill of it yet and don’t plan on it. At first I felt the effects immediately and definitely recognized the extra stimulating effects. But after a week of taking this daily I stopped feeling those effects. Now I can easily take 4 caps and have minor stimulating effects. The effects aren’t that amazing in the first place. If you have high testosterone, like to work, trying your hardest to live your best life everyday. Then this isn’t going to do much for you. If your lazy af and need something to push you to get going. I was once there myself. This will be a miracle for you. Perspective!

Haven’t noticed anything yet, but this brand is supposed to be the best and I’ve only finished my first bottle. Will try it for another three months and see what happens.
