I've know of the benefits of arnicare for quite some time but had never really used it. At a past medi-spa appointment, it was suggested to use it to help with and swelling/bruising that could occur. I was given a sample packet and it seemed to work well. Months later, after another appointment (for the same procedure), I did not use any as I had run out of the sample and man...was there ever a difference! Mainly with bruising, which I had almost none the appointment prior. Ever since then I always make sure to have a some on hand. We've also used it for muscle swelling and soreness from slips and falls during our Alaska winters and, most recently, bruising from some lab draws. All in all, it's a great product to have on hand! Arrived quickly and in perfect shape.

This works perfectly for bruising and fairly well for tennis elbow. I purchased this for a sore arm from lifting weights and it eased my pain slightly. I happened to have a bruise on the same arm and within a day the bruise faded significantly! Great product and I’ve learned that resting in conjunction with applying the product eases the pain. No skin irritation, no other issues with the product.

Product drys quick, has no smell and helped offset the shoulder pain I was experiencing.I even put it on a mosquito bite and it dulled the itch. I would buy again!

This is pretty effective for reducing pain in my hand and fingers, and has less chemicals than other pain gels.

I bought this after hearing from a pro soccer player that Arnica is often used to help with bruising, and we’ve been using it for my 86-year-old father-in-law, who bruises very easily. So far, I really like that this gel goes on smoothly, absorbs fast, and is not greasy or heavily scented. That makes it much easier to use regularly, especially for someone older who does not want something messy on their skin. What I appreciate most is how gentle it feels. The gel is easy to apply, and it does not leave behind a sticky residue, which is a big plus. For bruises and soreness, it has been a nice product to keep around, especially when you want something simple and easy to use. I also like that it is plant-based and has a more gentle approach. That was part of what made me interested in trying it in the first place. For my father-in-law, anything easy, mild, and comfortable to use is a plus. Overall, this has been a good product to have on hand for bruising and soreness. It is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and feels much nicer than heavier creams or ointments. For our needs, it has been a convenient and practical option.

This is an highly effective product! I suffered six vertebra fractures 5 years ago and have experienced mild to severe back pain DAILY. I was recently recommended this product for the inflammation and muscle spasms and when I tell you I apply it and maybe 10 mins later the pain is gone/ significantly reduced! I wish I had found this sooner! It is easily absorbed and does not leave any residue. A little goes a long way.

Just ordered again - 4th tube. Am 86, take Eliquis, get occasional bruising (most about quarter to half dollar size at max.) Dermatologist advised awhile ago which is why I am using AG - many doctors shun homeopathic medicines - say such meds don't work. Prejudices of all kinds die hard I guess even with docs who diss arnicare because it's homeopathic. For me, it does exactly what doc told me years ago and still does! Rub gel on until it's slightly sticky. Bruising starts to fade in 2 days, maybe 3. 5-6 days it's almost not visible. Boiron (company which manufactures it) won't specifically put on uses - for Eliquis bruising- actually probably cannot do it legally because risk of advertising OTC gel for uses on bruises caused by prescription medication. There is no specific survey or proof or study to my knowledge that anyone has provided specifically related to Eliquis bruising; but it does work. For some people it takes 2 coatings per day for a few days I would think. For me it's one. And I experimented with 2 per day but found 2 per day does not work any faster than one for day - which works fast enough for me. Highly recommended. There are no allergic/side effects to main ingredient "arnica montana" Again, I highly recommend; not as a doc, but as a lay person where it has consistently worked the same - excellent - for several years.
