Chafing Relief Powder Gel, Long-Lasting Anti-Chafing Protection for Bikini Area, Thighs and Bra Lines, 1.5 Oz

This stuff is amazing! I get rashes and chafing that are itchy and painful and I have tried everything...powder, cortisone spray/cream, jock itchy medication...nothing really worked well. I bought a tube of this Monistat gel (it's not sticky or greasy) and tried it on a really severe rash when I got out of the shower. Results were incredible. The itching and soreness were relieved immediately and the rash was totally gone in two days and hasn't returned. I bought 4 more tubes...I don't EVER want to run out.

I swear by this stuff every summer! I use it on areas that get can sweaty or have lots of friction. So thighs, under boob, etc. I go to music festivals, which are A LOT of walking and dancing, usually wearing short shorts or bikini bottoms. it makes my outfits comfortable and I don't have to worry about feeling icky where I put it or having gross hands after putting it on as its really moisturizing while also being comfortable dry if that makes sense. Stays effective throughout the day too so I rarely have to re-apply. Easy to use and curvy girl approved!

Obsessed is not even a strong enough word for how much I love this stuff. Over the years being a bigger girl I have tried my fair share of chafing products/powders and nothing compares to this chafing gel. This chafing gel applies so smoothly and just almost disappears on the skin while leaving a layer of protection. I sweat significantly less while I am wearing this gel and most importantly it does not cause me any weird odor when my skin mixes with it (unlike most other chafing products I've ever tried. ) This gel does not pill up or cause irritation which again can't say I've ever found before. I can not function if I run out of this gel, it is a must have and will always & forever be in my bathroom and on my body. 10 out of 10 DO RECOMMEND.

This is the greatest product and I have been searching for several years. It works perfectly! I use it to stop irritation under my breasts. If you have sweat issues in that area with rashes or intertrigo, this gel is fantastic. I have no idea why they don't market this product more heavily. They had better never stop making it or change it. It really works perfectly.

Works great. It worked within a hour BUT it will dry you out I used it at the side of my thighs and it stripping and extremely dry if you use this moisturize within fragrance free lotion after

I have always had big thighs and the constant rubbing together is horrible. I was recommended this by my doctor and it is relief in a tube. It helped protect my already raw skin and it was instant relief. I apply once a day and it then I am good I’ll day. It keeps my skin moisturized but not too much that i feel sticky. I love that it’s a gel powder because it provides the relief and the protection I need.

I read somewhere on a subreddit or blog that people use this chafing gel as a makeup primer and had to try it. That was about three years ago. I haven't used another primer since then because this works better than just about any other real primer I've ever tried before, and for a fraction of the cost. First the elephant in the room: the idea that you're using a Monistat product on your face. I admit I don't love the thought of the TSA pulling my tube of chafing gel out of my carry-on for public inspection, or the possibility of it falling out of my gym bag while I'm digging around for a hair tie. But I love this stuff enough to endure any manner of mild embarrassment on its behalf, and there is an observable improvement in the look and feel of my skin when I use it under my makeup. The texture is like ointment-y gel coming out of the tube, but when you spread it on your face, it has this outstanding velvety feel that smooths out your skin while still feeling totally breathable and not like you have a thick layer of something on your face. It dries very quickly as well, so there's no waiting 15 minutes to apply your foundation. A little goes a long way with this, and a 1.5 oz. tube lasts probably three or four months for me.

The stuff really works! It prevent chafing without getting all over the place…neat and clean.

As another reviewer says, a little goes a long way. With age, I have the gravity thing going on, hence, friction along the bra line and prone to the developing rash that goes with it. Monistat Powder Gel works to help keep it dry as well as lubricated at the same time, and to keep everything much more comfortable. But what I find works the very best on this sort of mild affliction is an application of the Monistat and then on top of it after a few seconds of allowing to dry, an application of Tinactin Foot Powder pressed into it from palm of hand. Being diligent with a couple of daily applications of both products, washing, thoroughly drying (final dry w/ hair dryer) and using NO moisturizer on the area before each application, and then another application after shower before bed, has worked better than anything else (including prescriptions) to keep the discomfort and the rash under control and from getting out of hand. Other things that aid is using mild body wash that rinses clean and isn’t heavily scented (e.g. Method brand), WITHOUT added moisturizers… and that I don’t use a bath towel more than twice before getting a fresh one out, and hang any damp towel so it’ll dry fastest between showers and while waiting to be laundered; keeps bacteria and other microorganisms at bay that can otherwise aggravate the problem.

It deserves all the praise. I understand that it is a bit costly but trust me - this is a must for men during Hajj & Umrah.

I bought this mainly for preventing chafing in hot weather and it actually worked much better than I expected. The gel goes on smoothly and dries into more of a silky powder-like finish instead of feeling sticky or greasy. It helped reduce friction really well when wearing dresses, walking a lot, or exercising. A little product also goes a long way, so the tube lasts longer than it looks like it would. I liked that it didn’t have a strong smell and sat comfortably under clothing without feeling heavy. Overall, one of those products that sounds a bit random at first but ends up being genuinely useful to keep around, especially during summer.
