Contains sugar
This contains 2 flavors - lemon and orange, which seems unnecessary. The lemon ones taste better than the orange ones. They are not too bad but this is one of the worse-tasting gummies I have tried. A serving is 3 too. 35 calories per serve. 8g of carbohydrates, 5 g of sugar. Contains glucose syrup, sugar, glucose, corn starch, and coconut oil. Contains Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9 and DHA. No health benefits have been found from taking Omega-6 or Omega-9. I will be looking for a better Omega-3 supplement without sugar next time.

Seafood and Shellfish Free yay for these Gummies!
Easy to eat! I have a sensitive GI tract and severe fish/seafood allergies so being able to use this for an Omega supplement is really awesome. I have bought and used two bottles and they help with regularity and as for the other benefits I think it seems to be beneficial.
