This is a great invention and I am surprised there are any additional options out there of this sort. I purchased this to shorten a thick 5mm chain. It works well as a short term solution and gives me the flexibility to wear the chain at different lengths. The gold is a good match for the chain. And the embellishments are pretty although mostly hidden by my hair.

I did not know how hard it would be to find a nice shortener. They are very pretty and stay snug to keep the necklace in place.

Genius product! Very easy to clip on to my very delicate gold chain that is too long. The soft gripper gently hold the chain to your desired length. Very simple to put on and remove. Impossible to harm your chain. Came with 2 replacement inner grips, so I expect this will last for years. It is so pretty, too.

I think this is a little pricey. It holds the chain in place ok but it’s a bit awkward to get on straight

I have a lot of my grandmother's jewelry which I would prefer not to modify. The infinity clips worked great for shortening necklaces so they can be seen even with my work shirts buttoned all the way up. I'm probably going to end up using it every day.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. Shortened my necklace and looks pretty on top of it. I was worried that the heaviness of the clasp would cause it to fall to the front all the time - but I really haven't had that problem.

This was a highly anticipated purchase because it would be perfect for my needs. Well, for 2 months all was well but now the clasp on the small one has broken - that is the piece I use most. Product looks great and functions well - until it breaks. Clearly not a well manufactured item. I am past the return window so this will in up in the trash. A waste of money. Update: the seller contacted me and is issuing a full refund. A very honorable response.

This is the perfect solution to my favorite necklace. I attach the device to the chain and move it up and down to get the perfect length for every neckline I wear. I’m so happy!

Great quality and does the job perfectly. Someone noted to be careful with the little rubber piece - it could pop out but they give you a spare piece for each size so that's a nice bonus. I would have preferred it in gold as I don't tend to wear silver jewelry but it's not a deal breaker. I've shown you an image of it back to front so you can see how secure it is.

This does exactly what it says it will. I am so pleased with it and will order more for gifts.
