Says 13”, but dog in pic next to ruler is 9”...

My dog measures 9” from his standing surface to the top of his head. He measures13” from the tip of his nose to the very tip of his tail.

What is the stuffing made of? Does it have any of those beads that some stuffed toys do?

I haven't opened it up, of course, but it feels mostly like poly cotton stuffing. It's at my office right now and I haven't been there in 4 weeks so I don't remember if it had any bead-like substance at the back-end like some do to make them sit better. But I do remember it being very soft and cuddly.

Is this item produced in China?

On the tag it says The Bearington Collection, Kennesaw, GA USA However, on the other side it unfortunately says Made in China 😢
