So I didn’t buy these for their intended reason. I have gastroparesis. I don’t digest vegetables well so I get what I consider the firery pits of h*ll in my stomach. I usually try a frozen wash cloth but they are too cold. So I needed something that could bend as needed but not be so cold. These work perfect. Now anyone that needs them for their intended use I can tell you that they’ll form perfectly to your body. They are cool without feeling like a block of ice. They stay cool for awhile. The cloth pocket they fit in is soft and not irritating to the skin at all. Easy to clean. Great product!

As someone who tries to be cost effective, and buy sustainable products this is one I can add to the list. The cool packs fit comfortably in underwear, adult diapers, and or pads if you want to create a combo of comfort.

Nice shape/covers are soft & comfy. My only big complaint is they sent purple when I ordered green, I hate purple lol but whatever, not something you really wear out in public. The instructions briefly mention heat/microwave but I would definitely NOT recommend microwaving it, put in some hot water or run under a hot tap. (I hesitantly put in microwave for a few secs & it immediately started crackling). However it's nice to have the extra fabric sleeve & overall I would recommend it.

I did not use these in my underwear for postpartum healing, I ended up not icing at all. However, breastfeeding has been hard on my chest. But these are helpful! The beads allow for flexibility, so it shapes itself to you. It does not stay cold for very long, maybe 10 minutes? But you generally aren't recommended to keep ice on constantly anyways. Aside from that, they get cold fairly quickly again. I ice after every pumping session every2-3 hours, and they're always cold by the time I need them again.

Perfect for use after having a baby, female surgeries, or hemorrhoids! Comes with two ice packs so you can swap them out as needed. It is super convenient that it comes with three washable covers because that is an area you don't want touching directly to the ice pack. Can use a sanitizer wipe on the ice packs and they hold up well.

I actually use it for my face 🤣cause I’m waking up puffy as heck always. So I put it in my freezer and than use in the morning to depuff my face

Sides burst out after first use. Would not recommend. I bought them in advance for a surgery recovery, so they are outside of the return window. Very disappointed in the quality. Especially waking up with my underware soaked from these popping open. Both of them didn't even last one use. Not worth the money. The only nice part is the fabric covers which I've been using with a different brand of ice pack. I ended up having to purchase disposable ice packs for my surgery recovery due to the defect of the ice packs. Makes me feel like they resold returned packs instead of new ones, as all the balls came completely crushed too. Should have questioned that initially, but I didn't think that would affect the ability for it to freeze or cause them to burst.
