How do you drain the hot tub? I’m holding down the button for 2 seconds but it won’t drain.

Not sure about a button . There is a garden hose type connector at base of tub. It should be on the side where the control panel is.. you don't have to pull any of the service panels.. Twist off that cap and pull that threaded connector out towards you.. it may be easier to pull it out if hose or something is connected.. kind of a pain. Tub will take a while to drain. I shut off to he breaker so it didn't try to turn on empty..

Does it come with a emergency electrical shutoff?

Does it have auto fill for water or you have to do it manually

That’s a great question. You simply fill it manually with a regular garden hose. You will also drain it easily with the same garden hose. This is usually done about every 4 months depending upon how often you are using it.
