Best growing medium on the market!!!!!
As an avid houseplant enthusiast, particularly for philodendrons, I have experimented with various growing mediums to ensure optimal growth and health for my plants. After trying out Lechuza Pon, I must say I've been thoroughly impressed and believe it to be one of the best options available for philodendrons. Perfect Drainage and Aeration: Lechuza Pon offers exceptional drainage, which is crucial for philodendrons as it prevents root rot, a common issue with these plants. The medium is porous enough to maintain the right balance of air and moisture around the roots, promoting healthy growth. Nutrient Retention: This substrate does an excellent job of holding onto nutrients without becoming waterlogged. This feature is particularly beneficial for philodendrons, as it ensures they receive the necessary nourishment over time. I've noticed a remarkable improvement in the vibrancy and health of my philodendron leaves. Ease of Use: Lechuza Pon is incredibly easy to use. It's ready right out of the bag, and there's no need for additional amendments. This convenience is a big plus, especially for busy plant owners or beginners who might be intimidated by more complex soil preparations. Long-Lasting: Another great advantage is its longevity. Unlike regular potting soil, Lechuza Pon doesn't break down as quickly, meaning it can be used for a longer period before needing replacement. This not only makes it more cost-effective but also less disruptive to the plants, as repotting can be minimized. Overall Impression: My philodendrons have thrived since switching to Lechuza Pon. They are healthier, and their growth has been steady and robust. For anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use growing medium for their philodendrons, I highly recommend Lechuza Pon. It’s a game-changer in plant care. If they are happy, so am I!

Best semi Hydro medium for your plants
Oh my gosh I love this stuff so much the color is so beautiful in my planter pots the size of the bag is really a good size it allowed me to repot about 70 of my plants all in various sizes from 4 in to 8 in pots. Functionality is amazing all my plants are thriving. It provides awesome drainage this is something I had to learn on my own as a new user of pon, but this is the semi Hydro medium meaning you have to leave water in it at least halfway. Other than that little learning curve it's very easy to use and you get a good amount for your money. But don't buy it when it's $100 or more wait till it gets back in stock and you can get it for $29 and free shipping like I did. I'm glad I bought four bags when I I first ordered because I did not know how big the bags were. I got another bag of 7 lb and it was literally a 1 gallon Ziploc bag. So I bought four just to make sure. It's got slow release fertilizer in it already and you don't have to rinse it before using it's already ready.

My favorite brand of pon!
This is my favorite medium to use with my plants. Especially if I’m propagating or if a plant isn’t doing well. I’ve reused mine a couple times by cleansing it. Drainage is great and it’s easy to reuse. Best brand of pon I’ve used.

Nice uniform pieces.
I purchased the PON to see if I liked it for some of my plants and to use it for propagation. I'm happy with the overall size of the particles and that it doesn't have a smell. The plants I propagated in them grew nice healthy root systems. The PON can be sterilized and used again after moving the propagated plants to their new pots. The downsides would be the cost and that it has to be rinsed well to remove the powder that is surrounding the minerals. If you don't, the sludge will coat the drip trays and has to be washed with water as it sticks quite well. Despite the downsides I would definitely purchase again.

Perfect soil alternative!
Please note: Always do your research for your plants needs before hand. I decided to repot my Monsteras in pon after getting to frustrated with soil and the amount of fungus knats I was getting. I did my research and went for it and my monsteras have never been happier! I've even attached a moss pole to one of my pon pots and the root growth over the last month has been gorgeous! I definitely recommend it if your unsure a out leca or your done with soil. I have about 10 plants currently in pon, 5- 6in self watering pots and 5 in smaller 4?in self watering pots and the amount in the bag was enough for that so if your worried about it not being enough it will be! and you can always mix it with other things (like leca or other substrate). Love this product, a plant saver. 💕

First time pon-user
Chronic under-waterer here and had to restart all 50+ Hoyas from coco chips because of dry rot.. I acquired some inexpensive self watering pots and committed to trying Lechuza pon as substrate for the first time.. I chopped off all dead roots from every Hoya and ‘propagated’ every one of them in this pon. 99% successful after 3-4 weeks! Only one stem from one plant didn’t root (I didn’t expect that kind of success)! Healthy roots are poking out from the bottom of the net pots! This is a no exaggeration honest review and I figured if anyone else has struggled with watering Hoyas and maybe considered pon, then maybe this review will help you decide on whether to try Lechuza. It’s been said that this product is fairly pricey, however, leca is often more exspensive by weight than Lechuza. So happy I FINALLY switched to pon!

Always a great product for semi hydro growing
I use PON for my tropical cuttings and I love this stuff... SWEAR by it! AS long as it's Lechuza, it's fantastic growing medium. It keeps fungus gnats away, too. No more soil in this house and I have over 150 plants and/or cuttings :) There are no weird smells either. I do rinse it OUTSIDE (don't be dumb and clog your pipes with sediment!) using a metal strainer. I just scoop about 3-4 cups at once and hose it until the water runs mostly clear. This also keeps your plant roots and reservoirs from getting all mucky.

Ouverture du sac
J'aime bcp.
