Amazing for the price!
Ok 1st off im a console guy. Power up and go right into it. Too easy. This was my 1st gaming pc. I sim race on ps5 and it was time to up my game. Iracing here I come!! So I can be ready for le mans ultimate release in December. Anyways. So bought used like new great condition. Cool. It arrived. Opened box. Everything was legit. No instructions but I'm a guy who needs those right. Connected it to my G9 and Fanatec DD base. Plugged power in. Went through its thing you know that thing. Well anyways. ;) gigabyte installed a app center with a bunch of 3rd party apps. I did it. Oh boy was that a mistake!!!! I got caught in a endless boot loop. BSOD over and over and over. Random errors. Ugh. So after some research on YouTube and talking to a IT buddy from the Army we discovered that that app center with them 3rd party apps was the culprit. It had bios, siv, rbg fushion 2.0, and Norton. Huh? Why? So I had to command prompt reimage the drive so I could reset it. Upon restting I went into boot menu and disabled that app center. Saved continued and continued with reset reboot. All was going great. Went into settings apps Uninstalled said app center program. Rebooted. Updated. Rebooted. No more BSOD. No more boot loop!!! THIS THING IS A BEAST!!! In my book. A little rough start out but hey what long term relationship isn't right? I am not dissatisfied at all. Iracing runs on recommended. Looks great feels even better. I look forward to playing this for a long time and upgrading it as I go. 4 stars just for the bit of trouble. Who knows what the person did b4 I got it. Hope this helps anyone that may be having same issue upon delivery or thoughts on this system. Happy customer. Happy gaming everyone!!!

Very Legit & Quality
Reading all the reviews about the Shiva Model and seeing mixed reviews and hearing some horrible things that may have happened ( DOA , Unsecured Hardware , Shutting On & Off , Bios and or Bluetooth problems ) I understood people can be fickle and or computer illiterate. However I am an IT guy and it all made sense to me and took the chance and initially purchased the Shiva Model. 1.5 hours later , unbeknownst to me there was this other Skytech PC called Arch Angel and it was released in 10-15-2021 and knowing that the Shiva was released back in Feb. or March ( Roughly ) of 2021 , I immediately canceled the Shiva and realized that the more recent PC ( Arch Angel ) would more than likely be improved and revised to be better! By the way , both the Shiva & Arch Angel had the exact same CPU/RTX etc ( Same exact parts , more than likely not the brand though). Boy was I right about that! Yes it's cheaper to now buy a prebuilt to obtain a Video Card nowadays than to outright buy one due to Crypto Currency. I pulled the trigger and am so elated that I did! Yes it's true that companies that make prebuilt PC's utilize OEM parts. Opening this tower and seeing inside was scary and like I was a kid at Christmas opening gifts at the same time ( my first time ever buying a prebuilt ) and I was somewhat dumbfounded! RNG ( the hardware you get varies ) but the God's have blessed me with an awesome AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti ELITE 8G & 1 TB Western Digital M.2 Ultra SSD , the PSU was a GAMDIAS HELIOS 600watt GOLD , which is the only part in the PC I would question as I do not know about the brand nor have I ever seen them!?!? Obviously the Ryzen 5600X with an awesome RGB Wraith Cooler , and ADATA XPG DDR4 3200 RAM , and then there are all the RGB Fans and Awesome Thermaltake Case all incredibly wrapped and packaged with care! I was thrilled to say the least! I really felt like I made the right decision picking Skytech over other brands. I will say that it's so true about Skytech PC's compared to the others in regards to best bang for your buck in the FPS category <---- my 1rst 3DMark Time Spy Test and I scored 8th ( that's Top Ten ) for all scores from people who have the exact CPU/VideoCard/ and no overclocking and or cheating! I was ecstatic afterwards! I went on to real world gaming and LOL I'm at a constant MAX FPS Rate in World of Warcraft on Ultra Settings and I ran my Hunt Showdown Game and Ultra Settings @ 130 FPS and upward! The build quality was superb! Everything looked stellar and clean! I'm extremely happy with this PC! 5 Stars for sure! Pro's : Fast , Beautiful , Quiet , Cool Temps ( AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti ELITE 8G & Wraith CPU Cooler are a force to reckon with , when one does the research on these in particular ) Nice and Heavy PC , Quality Parts , Quality Built! Con's : Well the was a scratch on the tempered glass on my case about 2 inches and it's vague looking , but considering how awesome this pc is, I'm not giving any F's about it! I will buy from Skytech again for sure! Hope this helped! P.S. Nice and Heavy Keyboard and Mouse came with this PC. And the RGB lights are incredible looking and there is no bloatware! Motherboard is gigabyte OEM but is a very good one! You cannot update bios unless SkyTech gives you or deems it necessary. I've literally had no problems whatsoever , not one thing went wrong utilizing this PC! Everything works and this PC is AWESOME!

Random Crashes
I was skeptical of this computer due to mixed reviews and the brand. I decided to risk it because I needed a new PC asap for work. I am starting to think I made a mistake. I have had this computer for only a week and I am experiencing random crashes. The computer will freeze and I have to reboot via the power button to fix it. The issue is, in doing so I lose anything unsaved that I am working on. I have encountered 3 of these random crashes in just a week of use. The last crash happened while I was running chrome and a virtual desktop so I doubt it has anything to do with running multiple programs. I will probably update this review if I managed to get ahold of support. Unfortunately, their live chat is disabled due to the holidays (understandable). Their phones are only open during unreasonable hours (due to the fact that they are in a different timezone). UPDATE 1/7/22 It's been a little over 3 weeks with this computer, it has randomly crashed a grand total of 6 times. Tech support is even worse than I initially thought. You have to call and make an appointment. So far I have been on hold for a total of 15 minutes just to make an appointment... I would not recommend buying this computer. UPDATE 3/5/22 It still randomly crashes for seemingly no reason. I finally got a hold of tech support but they "fixed it" but it still crashes for no reason. This company and computer are a joke, do not waste your money.

Probably one of the best PCs out there for the price
I did so much research before buying my gaming PC. I looked at the specs and I went with the 3060 TI instead of the 3070 because I won't be hardcore gaming and didn't want to pay $300 more. I got this when it was on discount so I'm even happier with my purchase. PROS: - specs (3060 TI, ram, 5600x, just so good) - i'm in love with the rgb options ugh I play around with it often - came with keyboard AND mouse (although I bought my own keyboard, I'll prob keep using the mouse) - easy set up CONS: - one of the antenna WIFI it came with broke off when I tried to unscrew it. I don't think there's warranty on that one, which sucks. I'll just have to buy another set. - the fans a bit louder than i expected? it's whirring at like 43 decibels. is that normal?

Slow WiFi, but good PC
Just got this PC, everything works fine so far except for the WiFi. The card that came installed is capped at around 80MBS for download, and on speed tests averaged around 40 (my internet provider gives me 300 and all other devices average 200+). I mostly play Escape From Tarkov, I am averaging around 60-90FPS as of now, but when I play with friends I usually stream on Discord so they can see where I am and what I’m doing. When playing and streaming it wasn’t uncommon for the WiFi on this computer to completely shut off. It would take a few seconds, reboot, and then I would have to reconnect to the game. This has caused me to die on quite a few occasions. I began by checking drivers, all were up to date, I contacted tech support with no real help (was told to update drivers and re-install windows) which didn’t help. I spent hours on the internet looking for solutions. I eventually found that the installed hardware was limited to these slow speeds, and likely the culprit. Although this is a $20-40 fix to buy a new card or WiFi adapter, it’s pretty ridiculous that they cheaped out on such an inexpensive and vital part of the system, especially for gaming. But aside from this I have had no other issues. I tried out Battlefield 2042 with high settings and ray-tracing and was getting 60+, other games even capped at 144 due to my monitor. This is a great PC just expect to buy some extras. I bought a new WiFi adapter, and bought some more ram (upgraded from 16GB to 32GB) which will help help me get even more FPS on the games I play once it arrives. The case looks awesome and is quiet. I haven’t had any thermal issues, and would recommend this product. It’s a prebuilt so it’s expected that they will cheap out on certain parts.

Fantastic Experience
This was, after what I consider careful comparisons, the best deal on the internet at the time (late 2021) for a Ryzen 5600x and a RTX 3060Ti. It's played every single game I have at 1080p at the maximum 60fps of my 60mhz monitor. I have worked in software and administration for two decades, built several machines, I have no complaints about the product. It's indeed a powerhouse. Some info: The CPU cooler's fan LEDs are configurable in-OS. The rest of them just cycle through some stuff on a button on the case. I wish they all were tied into the RGB controller the CPU fan uses, but I like the all white look (in varying states of on and off) best and the fan noises are consistent but very reasonable.

Had my doubts but couldn't be happier with this purchase
As most people will say, you roll the dice when buying a pre-built PC. This build has exceeded all my expectations and there is no way I could've come close to building it myself for this price . MSI B550 Pro-VDH WiFi Mobo, WD NVMe, Asus TUF 3060Ti, Thermaltake PSU, T-Force Vulcan Z ram and even an aftermarket CPU cooler (not shown or mentioned in the listing). The clean looking and functional case is an added bonus with the removable filters. I paired mine with an LG 27GP850-b monitor and am blown away by the gaming performance. Over 100FPS MW2 2022 at extreme settings in 2k HDR without DLSS enabled. Never thought I'd be a PC gamer until now.
