Q: Doest this product have a water level gauge? I don't see one in the pictures.

When you fill this kettle you open the lid and on the inside there is a stainless steel container that has three marked levels: 0.5L, 1.0L and 1.7L MAX.

Q: Does the kettle shut off automatically when the water has boiled?

Yes. This does shut off automatically once the water has boiled. It also has a "keep warm" option, where the water will stay warm at a 176° F (within 5° F accuracy) and will keep warm until the function is turned off.

Q: If I were to boil eggs in this, would they burn at all? Could I have medium boiled eggs?

This device is to boil water, not eggs!!
