I tried these as I wanted to be mindful of sugars and cholesterol and I probably don’t have a high enough fibre intake but after starting using them I realised that it makes things very regular in a gentle, natural way, as such 🙂 I’ve found that these American ones don’t have the “repeat” factor that the Australian ones do so I’ll buy these in future. I only take 2 a day so this pack will last a while.

Great product! I needed to add fiber to my diet and couldn't take another mix and drink powder so I knew the name metamucil had good reviews when I picked it. I was concerned about funky aftertaste from the caplets or excessive gas. I was cautious and started with my lunch taking 2 caplets. I was pleasantly surprised the next morning with good results. I have stayed with this once a day dose since and it's working great! Highly recommend.
