This one is very effective unlike other probiotics. We have gut issues alot , and need probiotics . and i try other ones as well . I look for cheaper options since my family needs them . I recommend to my friends and families and all says this is a good probiotic and works well . Only concern for me is the cost. Gets pricey since we need couple in a day.

My bowels are much more at rest than before. Far less gas and an almost odorless no. 2....big contrast to the situation before for many years. also the "texture" is much, much better. It takes some weeks to really give these amazing results. Yes I say AAAamazing because for years it was really s%@t on all these points and now it is normal and nice.
