At 110 lbs, I take 1 1/2 gms fisetin with 1 gm quercetin in 1/2 tsp of unfiltered organic olive oil, first thing in the morning for 3 days, then skip it for 5 days, then back on it. I'm taking it to reduce pain & inflammation from being hit by a car. It works better than toradol, oral NSAIDS, tylenol, opiates, gabapentin, & CBD, without any side effects.
