My cat has difficulty chewing any chunks of meat in canned cat food as it gets stuck in his teeth, even the tiny little bits of food, but he loves the flavor of the gravy. So as to not waste the little bits he leaves behind, I put the cat food into a small pulverizer blender along with a little water and liquify it. He laps up the whole thing. I feed him Purina Fancy Feast because it is a high-quality product and I want the best for him.

I bought this Purina Fancy Feast for a trap, neuter, release (TNR) organization on Amazon's Wish List which listed this brand as the cats' preference rather other brands. The food's softness accommodates all cats' dental and digestibility issues which makes them more likely to come to the humane cage and be safely transferred to a vet. Purina is noted for its healthiness and freshness and a great way to introduce cats living in colonies to humane living conditions. The odor is what the cats since it is fresh appreciate. The value for the money is beyond words since the org. has saved so many cats lives.

Most of the time, the cats like this and eat it up. But Purina needs to work on their consistency. Other times, I'll open a can and the cats will want nothing to do with it. None of them. Then I open another flavor or another can from the same case and they'll scarf that right down, so I know it's not their appetites. It happens with one or two cans in every case. At today's prices, that's not a small cost. It also happens with other Fancy Feast flavors. And the mincing also needs better consistency. In some cans, the chunks are large, over 1/8". Other times, they're more finely minced.

Our cats have never had anything other than Fancy Feast. We used to buy individual cans at the store, but we switched to buying cases of their favorite Medleys & Cheddar Delights & we’ve now added savory centers back into their diet because they get food bored easily. They’ll get flavor and/or texture bored & they’re spoiled rotten brats 😊 My husband & I are servants to very hard to please cat masters, they will not tolerate 2 non-seafood or seafood entrees in a row. For instance, for breakfast they had the beef savory centers & for dinner, we will have to serve a fish. Having cases makes it easy when we realized we needed to increase the amount of cans after certain meals because their bowls are empty within an hour (like right now) because of e can feed them the same entree. The digestive systems of our cats are very well maintained, they always have kibble, can, treats & plenty of water. Fancy Feast cans are easy to open, just pop the top & use a non-metal spoon, I ordered baby spoons, they’re durable & were able to perfectly portion equal servings.. Fancy Feast wet food has a non-overpowering scent so it doesn’t smell bad like other wet cat foods. We have been more prepared ordering their food from Amazon, much more variety in a single place. When you do the math, the value for the money is far better considering the easy of ordering & the fact it is delivered, fantastic! Fancy Feast Medleys, Cheddar Delights, Gravy Lovers, and the various appetizers, broths & complements have a human food appearance, so they look tantalizing & the ingredients are great, especially with the medleys (veggies and/or rice, etc.), the naturals have minimal ingredients & do not smell like wet cat food.

This is about the only food my picky boy will eat, he is a Devon Rex and I need something that will help keep is coat nice and fluffy. This hasn't bothered his coat at all and he loves the gravy! Good value especially with Subscribe and Save.
