Fun book to read and jokes good for all ages
I enjoy reading a few pages of this book usually in the evening before going to sleep to give me some humor before bed. I have heard some of these jokes before, but most I have not. We are so used to profanity and "blue humor" on TV, radio and print that it is really refreshing (and rare!) to read something that you know will not pollute your mind with thoughts and words you'd prefer to avoid. Sadly, much of the humor on cable and satellite is definitely for "mature audiences" and totally inappropriate for children in my opinion. This book is a refreshing exception to that sad trend. These are jokes you can tell at work, at your place of worship, or your relative's house and not worry about being thought of as crude or crass. Corny, yes, but not crude or vulgar!

Lots of good clean jokes
Every day I call my mother and, after talking about grand children and the weather, she expects a joke. Sometimes more than one. This book filled this role admirably. It everything from silly one liners to lengthy shaggy stories. She then retells the jokes and has gained reputation as a wonderful joke teller. Make you mother happy, buy his book and read it to her.

Short and longer jokes
Purchased for use in cheering people up in letters and cards. Only wish there were more of nature jokes, but so far please with ones of other contents that I have used.We need more humor! Good humor!

777 clean jokes
The title of this book is '777 Great Clean Jokes' with a byline 'a sparkling collection of unsullied humour'I think it would be more accurate to say '777 Clean Jokes' with a byline 'a collection of unsullied humour' and remove the words 'great' and 'sparkling' because i am sorry, but it isnt either 'great' or 'sparkling'....another accurate title would be '777 clean jokes that are not great'maybe good for small children, but as an avid fan of hilarious funny jokes i didnt find this book to my liking for that, but would happily give it to my Grandma or ten year old nephew.good try, good intentions and nice small compact unit, but failed to deliver any laughs for me. I would put some examples of how cheesy the jokes are but there are too many to choose just one...ok, here i go....(opens to a random page, any page...q: whats the difference between a red light and a green light?a: the colour, silly.enough said.

777 kid friendly jokes
We got this as a gift for our 11 year old nephew. He loves to tell jokes. These are 'clean' and good fun for kids. He enjoys reading them to his younger brother and cousins. As far as the adults go - some of these are pretty lame but keeping in mind the target audience - they're good. I haven't counted them but yeah - seems like truly 777.

Chuckle of the Day
I'm a high school teacher, and I like to treat my classes to a Chuckle of the Day. It can be hard to find jokes that are just good, clean fun. I would spend a lot of time some days searching around for an appropriate joke. This book fills my needs easily. I can open up to just about any page and find a fresh, decent joke. I often get groans from the class on some of the jokes, but that is part of the fun! Good bargain...

Cub scout worthy
My son's cub scout troop tells jokes while they are waiting for parents to show up for pack meetings and while all of these are clean, most of them aren't beyond the humor of an 8 year old and lots of them are even short enough for them to remember. At an age when kids are just figuring out what makes a good "joke" and are really interested in knowing some, this was just what we needed.
